Visual Recognitions

You'll find a photo in My Resources showing what we do to show everyone how we communicate our bus success record each month.  With over 30 buses transporting our students on a daily basis we are keeping track of the buses that are discipline free each month and posting the results on our main hallway wall.  Our local McDonalds has been great about supporting our initiatives.  They are giving $1.00 coupons to every student on every discipline free bus, every month.  The students love it.

I should also mention we posted our good attendance, honor rolls and Students of the Month on the main hallway wall too. Students and parents have been seen taking photos of their names on the wall during after school hours (remember - cell phones not allowed during school hours at our school). As the wall is filling up with positive recognitions this year, the response from students, teachers, administrators, and parents has also been positive. It's an easy inexpensive way to recognize achievements.
