Congratulations, graduates! You've completed your degree and are ready to teach. What now?

I have prepared my spacious fifth grade classroom with mostly generic, blank bulletins and walls for the student to fill with their masterpieces. I have rules and procedures in mind, but will wait until we review them in a class discussion on Monday, our first day, to post them.
