Also tremendously helpful: find the TA liaison for PBIS in your state. Why re-invent the wheel? The odds are good that someone else has already overcome the challenges you're facing.

One of the challenges we encountered at my school is that following teacher training on behavioral interventions, the level of follow-through varied widely. Also, we struggled to find the time to do the classroom observations that would give us a good sense of the level of fidelity regarding implementation.
