Computers For Dummies

What can you do if you are a veteran teacher who knows very little abour technology and is quite nervous about getting started?  The newer teachers are talking in a foreign language about jump drives, zip files, and Power Points.  You have been teaching quite successfully for many years and haven't needed it up to this pooint.  Is it necessary?  How can you get up to speed without feeling like the laughing stock of the faculty?
